The COLOSS training school on Queen Quality and Bee Breeding will focus on:
1 – discussion on available methods on queen and drone fertility/ quality (as methods used to test the effects of pesticides or other stressors)
2 – harmonization of the methods for the common experiments
3 – discussion of the preliminary results of the pilot study run last summer
4 – incorporation of the above methods in the research activities of RNSBB
5 – presentation and discussion of ideas for future collaboration, within COLOSS. 2.
